In our dummy match it was GOT Baits backed matchman that drew fancied peg 4 and rarely looked like anything other than the winner during the time it took me to type the top 10 into the table below. Trev fished a small maggot feeder with 3 red maggots on a size 16 Kamasan B911 to a 0.14 hook length. Trev presented his feeder tight to the Island and at times even tried putting his feeder into the brambles and stickups on the popular feature.

Heavy feeding resulted in a string of fish later in the match for GOT Baits angler Gary Thorpe. Despite putting a good weight together, the World Match Record holder failed to catch Lloyd Rush in runners up spot.

Not only did Trev catch the biggest weight, he managed to catch the most fish too! Here you can see the stamp of fish he took today. Although, he did manage a few bigger fish when it was pointed out to him that he was tiddler bashing!
